I liked very much that there is a hotel representative at the airport, checking that you indeed have a reservation. This is a security measure to guarantee that you are safe in the hotel van. Very punctual, too. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bedrooms are very clean and cozy. the location is very convenient if you have to travel by plain the next day.

Breakfast was really very complete, fresh, loads of variety and the waiters overly helpful. You could get an omelette done on the go and hot pots of very nice coffee kept coming on. We also enjoyed the Spa area, The dry sauna was rather cold (hardly reachd 70°C), but the steam room and the jacuzzi were a delight! Also the staff was kind and helpful at all times. We needed a mouse and they lent it at no cost. I´d gladly come back if I need to work around Salitre. Wifi worked great!

Loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. I had just been to the Amazon so thoroughly revelled in the luxury and care of this hotel and its people. The staff were so kind and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. To add to this - the room, while not overly big, was nevertheless fine, and the bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. It was one of only two places I stayed at during my month's journey across Colombia with a hot shower and it was di-vine. And I highly recommend ordering room service - the food was delicious and generous in its portions, yet so reasonably priced. I so did not want to leave but if I am ever in Bogota again I know where I will definitely be staying!

This hotel is near the airport. The staff is professional, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with many options.

My go-to hotel when in Bogota. Easy access to and from the airport, in a safe area with a shopping mall, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Rooms are adequate, becoming a bit aged meanwhile. As everywhere, the hotel's prices have risen substantially over the last few years.

Very nice hotel , staff , and location there are 3 centro comercial you can walk too, there several restaurante around the area , nice bar 🍸 at the hotel decent breakfast in morning, try the bbq ribs from the restaurante they are awsome and all staff members are very nice.. they have shuttle service to from airport that is great , this will be my go to place for Bogotá

We got in late and ordered room service. Despite the late hour, the staff let us know room service was available. Our food arrived promptly, the gentleman who brought it to the room was 100% professional and exceptionally pleasant. 11/10 I am looking forward to staying at the Capitol again!

The second time we stayed here, not in the city but easy to navigate wherever we wanted to go. The hotel has taxis outside to go with you wherever you want to go and the breakfast is also very good.
